Cassaday & Company, Inc., has been named a Best Place to Work for Financial Advisors for 2026. This is the 9th year the firm has been recognized for this award.  

About the Award 

Investment News established the ‘Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors’ award program to identify and recognize firms that empower employees to grow professionally, and to provide clients with the best possible investment and financial planning advice. This ranking is the first of its kind for the financial industry. The 2026 ‘Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors’ ranking included 43 firms from across the nation, ranging from small practices with as few as 15 people to large companies with hundreds of employees. These firms invest in creating a work atmosphere and culture that attracts the best employees in the U.S.

Firms were selected based on employer and employee survey feedback, which polled topics such as workplace culture, benefits, compensation, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Rankings were determined based on the voluntary information collected. This anonymous feedback, along with other information, was analyzed by Investment News’ team before the Best Places to Work 2026 were named.
