Alex Vazquez Senior Financial Planner

Alex Vazquez, CFP®, is a Senior Financial Planner at Cassaday & Company, Inc., where he has been a valued member of the firm since April 2026.

In his role, Alex works closely with Founder, Chairman, and CEO Stephan Cassaday and his team to deliver comprehensive wealth management services. He supports the preparation of high-level client reviews, facilitates new client onboarding, and maintains ongoing relationships with clients to stay aligned with their evolving financial goals. Alex provides in-depth analysis across all areas of financial planning, with particular expertise in tax planning, estate planning, education funding strategies, and retirement cash flow projections.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University, with a concentration in political economy and a minor in Business Spanish. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), having completed his designation through the College of Financial Planning, and also holds the Series 65 registration.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, playing soccer and tennis, supporting his favorite soccer club and James Madison University athletics, and spending time with family and friends. Having grown up in a military family, he called multiple states home before settling in Arlington, Virginia.
