Brittney Fuller joined Cassaday & Company, Inc. in April 2025 as a Recruiter & HR Specialist. She is responsible for the recruitment, selection and onboarding of all associates in addition to other HR duties.
Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Inc, Brittney spent over 4 years working in talent acquisition for various real estate management companies. In these roles she was able to hone her skills in full life cycle recruitment, workforce planning and compensation practices.
Brittney is originally from North Carolina and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from UNC Chapel Hill. In her spare time, she enjoys watching college basketball and being an active member of her charitable cheerleading team.
