Carson Filion Financial Planning Associate

Carson Filion is a Financial Planning Associate at Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since May 2025.

Carson’s responsibilities include assisting the onboarding process for new client relationships, preparing materials for client meetings, and providing custom reports and analyses on a wide range of financial planning topics for clients.

While working, Carson is currently obtaining his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance with a concentration in Business Analytics from Florida State University and is expected to graduate in Summer of 2026.

Originally from Caldwell, New Jersey, Carson moved to Northern Virginia in 2025. He now resides in McLean. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
