Emma Coleman Estate Planning Legal Assistant

Emma Coleman is an Estate Planning Legal Assistant at Cassaday & Company Inc., and JM Law PLLC. She has been with the firm since August 2025.  

Emma works with the Estate Planning Department to provide support to the Estate Planning Director and Associates on the preparation, review, and implementation of Will and Trust based estate plans.  

Emma is a graduate of the University of Richmond where she played Division 1 Soccer and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law with Minors in Environmental Studies and Health Studies. Originally from Vienna, Virginia, Emma now resides in Washington, DC with her two college best friends and loves to travel, do yoga and pilates, and attend concerts and sporting events.
