Janet Howard Senior Client Services Associate

Janet is a Senior Client Services Associate at Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since May 2023. Her responsibilities include assisting the Client Services Department with opening new accounts, monitoring account transfers, and addressing a variety of client requests. 

 Janet brings six years of previous financial services experience to the firm. She enjoys her interactions with clients and the opportunity to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction. 

Janet resides in Reston, VA, and has been a dance aerobics instructor for nearly 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at Friends of Homeless Animals and at various veteran support activities.
