Jordan Spiker Financial Planning Associate

Jordan Spiker is a Financial Planning Associate at Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since September of 2025.  

Jordan works closely with Founder, Chairman, & CEO Stephan Cassaday and his team. He assists in preparing client reviews, onboarding new clients, and answering any questions clients may have regarding their holistic financial plan. Jordan provides analyses on a wide range of financial planning subjects, including projected retirement cash flow, employee benefits, tax planning, and estate planning.  

Jordan graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.   

He grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and now resides in Arlington, Virginia. In his free time, Jordan enjoys being outdoors, cheering on the Commanders, Orioles, and Michigan Wolverines, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
