Kathryn Pasternak Executive Assistant

Kathryn Pasternak is an Executive Assistant to the SQC Team at Cassaday & Company, Inc., a role she has held since January 2026. She provides high-level administrative support and serves as a primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of client relationships and daily operations.

Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Harvard University. Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, she worked as a documentary filmmaker with a specialty in wildlife films.

Originally from western Canada, Kathryn now resides in Virginia. In her time away from the firm, she does conservation and citizen science volunteer work as a Virginia Master Naturalist and enjoys spending time with her two grown sons and her friends.
