Kristen Rupinen Junior Data Analyst

Kristen Rupinen is a Junior Data Analyst and has been with the firm since February of 2026. She assists the Business Process team with processing and auditing Cassaday & Company’s client billing, while also supporting other departments in improving data integrity within the firm’s contact management database.

Kristen graduated from The University of Alabama in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Mathematical Statistics. She also earned a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from The George Washington University in 2025.

Prior to working with Cassaday and Company, Kristen worked with machine learning models in the advertising industry, using AI and LLMs to help companies make data-driven marketing decisions.

Kristen grew up in Springfield, where she currently resides. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, rowing, and coaching.
