Kristin Woodson Human Resource Manager

Kristin Woodson is the firm’s Human Resources Manager and joined Cassaday & Company, Inc. in 2019. She is responsible for managing the strategic implementation of human resource services including benefits, recruitment, office policy, employee assistance, and the collaboration between the Operations, Accounting, and HR teams.

Kristin brings over 15 years of experience to the firm, with a background in employee relations, talent management, and general human resources. Kristin holds her Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM – CP) designation and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Business Administration (expected graduation May 2028).

Kristin is a native of the DC area and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In her free time, you can find her doting on her daughter Felicity, husband Chris, and cat Winnie. Kristin is also integrated into the local circus scene as an aerial silks instructor, and enjoys spending as much time as possible in the air.
