Lauren Holshey Executive Assistant

Lauren Holshey is the Executive Assistant to Senior Partner Justin Harris and has been with the firm since April 2024. She provides administrative support to his team and serves as the primary liaison for Justin Harris, ensuring clients receive the utmost care.  

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Lauren spent eleven years working as an administrative professional in the software, mortgage, and contracting industries.   

A graduate from George Mason University, Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Government & International Politics and Geography. She also holds the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) from the American Society of Administrative Professionals. 

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys concerts, puzzles, traveling, trying new cuisines, and spending time with her family, friends, and cats. She currently lives in Centreville, VA.
