Matt Dirlam Investment Operations Associate

Matt Dirlam is an Investment Operations Associate with Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since August 2026.

Matt supports the firm’s investment management and research functions, with responsibilities spanning investment operations, data integrity, performance and cost basis reporting, investment research, and fund manager due diligence. He also assists with investment analysis and reporting, supports the firm’s GIPS® compliance and verification efforts, and helps prepare materials and coordinate activities for the Investment Policy Committee.

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Inc., Matt interned at T. Rowe Price in the Global Client Account Services department. Matt graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science. As a student, he served as president of a student-led community tutoring organization and was an active member of Notre Dame’s Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club.

Outside of work, Matt stays active by playing in a recreational volleyball league. He currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland
