Nichel Mitchell Onboarding Associate

Nichel Mitchell is an Onboarding Associate at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since June 2026.

Nichel is responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, initiating and monitoring account transfers, and maintaining clear communication between clients and advisors.

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Nichel worked with ultra-high-net-worth clients in the private wealth industry and brings over 10 years of client service experience in financial services. She is currently completing her capstone at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where she will earn her Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Marketing and Project Management, her third academic degree.

Originally from Grenada, West Indies, Nichel moved to the United States after high school and now resides in Silver Spring, Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys serving on the marketing and guest services team at My Well Church in Rockville, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
