Washington Business Journal – #1 Best Places to Work
Cassaday & Company, Inc. has been named #1 on the ‘Best Places to Work’ by the Washington Business Journal for 2020. This is the 12th time the firm has appeared on this list. This year, the firm ranked first out of 30 in the large company category. In previous years Cassaday has ranked in the medium size company category raising from #25 in 2016, to #10 in 2017, #7 in 2018, and #4 in 2019.
The Washington Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work program honors 110 Greater Washington companies that scored highest among hundreds of employers that participated in Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace’s annual employee engagement survey. The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges. According to the Washington Business Journal, “Much has changed for our four top-ranked companies since our survey went out in February.” Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s President and COO, Allison Felix, was interviewed about how the firm has adjusted to working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
