Washington Business Journal – Best Places to Work

Cassaday & Company, Inc. has been named on the ‘Best Places to Work’ by the Washington Business Journal for 2021.  This is the 13th time the firm has appeared on this list.  This year, the firm ranked 14 out of 25 in the large company category, with a total of 75 companies appearing on the full list. In previous years Cassaday has ranked in the medium size company category rising from #25 in 2016, to #10 in 2017, #7 in 2018, and #4 in 2019, and in 2021 was ranked #1 in the large-size company category (50-249 employees) out of 30.

The Washington Business Journal’s annual Best Places to Work program honors 75 Greater Washington companies that scored highest among hundreds of employers that participated in Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace’s annual employee engagement survey. The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges. The survey evaluates important factors including employee trust in leadership, team effectiveness and dynamics, retention, and more. To see the full list of rankings for large sized companies, click here. 2021 best places to work, virginia, wealth management
