Alex Kuczera Advanced Strategies Assocaite

Alex Kuczera, CLU® joined Cassaday & Company in July 2026 as an Advanced Strategies Associate. In this role, he works closely with Ashli Suprise, Advanced Strategies Manager, and Carmen Bississo, Director of Advanced Strategies, to support the ongoing management, servicing, and administration of clients’ insurance and risk management strategies. He assists with policy reviews, underwriting coordination, carrier communications, case preparation, and client service initiatives, helping ensure a seamless experience while supporting advisors in delivering comprehensive planning solutions.

Alex brings more than a decade worth of experience specializing in personal insurance planning and underwriting with a focus on high-net-worth clients. He holds the FINRA Series 6, 63, & 65, maintains active Life and Health Licenses in Virginia and multiple other states, and has earned the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.

He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a BBA in Accounting and Finance.

Originally from Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, Alex relocated to the Washington D.C. area in 2014, and now resides in Vienna, Virginia. Outside of the office, Alex enjoys playing hockey and golf, testing his knowledge as a sports trivia enthusiast, and cheering on his beloved Detroit sports teams.
