Anna Amirsoltani Controller

Anna Amirsoltani, CPA, is the Controller at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since 2010. Anna leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to support sustainable growth and organizational performance. She is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management, ensuring the company’s resources are aligned with its strategic objectives. She works closely with leadership to guide strategic decision-making and foster financial discipline across teams. 

Her previous experience includes roles in financial accounting and public financial analysis, where she ensured adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards, at Federal News Services, Inc. and the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. 

Anna is a member of the board of trustees for Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s Donor Advised Fund where she takes an active role in determining the beneficiaries of the fund, allocation of distributions, and improving support of the fund.  

Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the National University of Trade and Economics in 2006, a prestigious European business school located in Kyiv, Ukraine. She holds a Certified Public Accountant license and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2025, she completed a year-long executive program at Columbia Business School and was awarded a Certificate in Business Excellence through the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Program. 

Outside of work, Anna is passionate about volunteering with United Help Ukraine. She previously served for 5 years as Treasurer of the Booz Allen Hamilton Toastmasters Club. Anna currently lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with her husband and two kids.
