Ashli Suprise Advanced Strategies Manager

Ashli Suprise is the Advanced Strategies Manager and has been with the firm since September 2020.

Ashli works closely with Carmen Bississo, Director of Advanced Strategies, to oversee the department’s day-to-day operations and support the strategic direction of the team. She leads the insurance and annuity service functions, ensuring exceptional client service while supporting the ongoing management of insurance and annuity policies held by Cassaday & Company, Inc. clients. Ashli supervises the Advanced Strategies team, oversees departmental workflows, and helps drive operational excellence to ensure team objectives and client needs are consistently met.

Ashli has worked within the financial industry since 2005, having held both banking and investment management roles. She holds the Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and Virginia Life, Health, and Annuities Insurance licenses, as well as the Certified Annuity Specialist® (CAS®) designation.

She is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM).

Ashli spent her youth in Northern Virginia and continues to live in the area with her husband and children. As a family, they enjoy venturing out into the Virginia mountains to visit farms, wineries and attend festivals.
