
Justin Harris Senior Partner
Justin Harris, CFP®, CMFC®, is a Senior Partner at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1998. Justin works collaboratively with his clients to help them make important life decisions, set financial goals, and plan for the future. By embracing a model of integrated wealth management, he addresses all of the relevant areas of personal finance including investment management, taxes, wealth accumulation, cash flow generation, insurance, and estate planning to generate comprehensive financial plans for his clients.
Justin is the Vice Chairman of Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s Investment Policy Committee (IPC), which develops the firm’s overall investment selections and policies. He assists with collaboratively reviewing our clients’ holdings and asset allocations, market conditions, research studies, economic analyses, and other areas relevant to the investment process. During his tenure at the firm, Justin also held the positions of Senior Vice President as well as Director of Research, where he was responsible for refining the research process that is still practiced by the firm today.
Justin has been recognized by Forbes as a Best-In-State Wealth Advisor (2020-2023, and by NorthernVirginia Magazine as a Top Financial Professional (2023). Justin also ranked # 7 on Rep. Magazine’s 2015 list of the “Top 50 NextGen Independent Broker-Dealer Advisors” under the age of 40 in the United States. Justin is among the firm’s top advisors and is a member of Osaic Wealth’s (formerly Royal Alliance) “Royal Court.”
Justin is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)*, a professional designation he attained through Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Financial Planning program. He also received his Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC®) designation through the College for Financial Planning.
Outside of Cassaday & Company, Inc., Justin serves on the Finance and Investment Committee for PRS, Inc. (formerly Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services), a non-profit organization which provides counseling, skills training, and support to individuals living with mental illness, substance use disorders, and mild intellectual disabilities.
Justin is a native of Alexandria, Virginia, where he currently lives with his wife Kerri, daughter Carter, and sons Walker and Landon.
