Leah Kochersperger is the Advanced Strategies Resident Intern and has been with the firm since February 2025.

She works closely with the Advanced Strategies team to support clients by gathering key information, coordinating policy data, and assisting with ongoing service and maintenance requests. Leah’s proactive approach helps ensure a seamless and efficient client experience. She currently holds a Virginia Life, Health, and Annuities license.

Leah resides in Warrenton, Virginia, and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
