Leo Scotti is a Paraplanner at Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since November 2025.
Leo works closely with Nick Harris and Matt Blunt to support client relationships and ensure a high standard of service. His responsibilities include assisting with the onboarding process for new clients, preparing materials for client meetings, and creating customized reports and analyses on a variety of financial planning topics.
He graduated from the University of South Carolina in May 2024 with a degree in Finance. Before joining Cassaday, Leo worked at Peapack Private Bank & Trust as a Client Service Officer.
Leo is originally from Long Valley, New Jersey and currently lives in Arlington, Va. Outside of work he enjoys staying active, hanging out with friends, and traveling.
