Mary Beth Butler Executive Assistant

Mary Beth Butler is the Executive Assistant to COO & Managing Partner, Allison Felix. She has been with the firm since August of 2023.

Serving in a critical role, she provides administrative support to the firm, serving as the gatekeeper of the COO’s office with a focus on maintaining executive priorities.

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Mary Beth spent ten years with Loudoun County Public Schools. She brings more than a decade of office administrative and human resources experience to her role with Cassaday.

Mary Beth lives in Leesburg with her family. She loves traveling, cooking, and exploring new hobbies.
