Mary Beth Butler Executive Assistant

Mary Beth Butler is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Cassaday & Company, a role she has held since August 2023. 

In this vital position, she provides high-level administrative support and plays an essential role in aligning and managing the priorities of the COO’s office. As the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper, she ensures the smooth coordination and execution of executive operations across the firm. 

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Mary Beth spent a decade with Loudoun County Public Schools. With over 15 years of experience in office administration and human resources, she brings a deep well of organizational expertise, professionalism, and strategic support to her current role. 

Mary Beth lives in Leesburg with her family. She loves traveling, cooking, and exploring new hobbies.
