Neal Treanor Chief Compliance Officer

Neal Treanor has been with Cassaday & Company, Inc. since 2025. He serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, providing guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. 

He has over 20 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry including roles with Mercer Consulting, Wellington Management Company and 1251 Capital Group. Neal has a bachelor’s degree from Charter Oak State College and a master’s in finance from Brandeis University. He currently has his Series 7, 24, 82, 63, securities registrations. 

Neal currently lives in Leesburg with his wife and two kids. In his free time, he enjoys squatting and deadlifting as much weight as possible at the gym, cheering for his beloved Boston Celtics, and mustering the courage to continue being a long-suffering New Orleans Saints fan.
