Nihal Benkirane Executive Assistant

Nihal Benkirane is the Executive Assistant to Kyle Cassaday, Senior Vice President, at Cassaday & Company, a role she has held since November 2025. She provides high-level administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper, ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of his client relationships and daily operations. 

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Nihal worked as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO and President in the financial services industry. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.

Originally from California, Nihal now resides in Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature and exploring the intersections of human psychology and personal growth.
