Phil Sapienza Investment Operations Associate

Phil Sapienza is an Investment Operations Associate with Cassaday & Company, Inc., and has been with the firm since July 2024. 

He supports the Investment Management & Operations team in preparing investment recommendations, calculating and reconciling cost basis, and conducting ongoing research on markets and investments. 

Prior to joining Cassaday & Company, Inc., Phil worked at CoStar Group as a finance management trainee following his graduation from the University of Richmond in 2023. Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in finance and analytics, and a minor in history. As a student, Phil served as the treasurer of multiple student organizations and the Vice President of Student Affairs for the Robins School of Business Student Government.  

Outside of work, Phil loves staying active through playing sports, like soccer, golf, and baseball, and spending time with friends. Originally from New Jersey, he now resides in Washington DC.
