Troy Chaplin Onboarding Associate

Troy Chaplin is an Onboarding Associate at Cassaday & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since January 2026.

He guides clients through the onboarding process, initiates and monitors account transfers, and helps maintain communication between clients and advisors.

Prior to joining the firm, Troy worked in fine dining with experience at several well-known restaurants in the area. Originally from Northern Virginia, Troy graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. He currently holds the Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Troy lives in Frederick, Maryland and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
