Since February 2022, war has ravaged the peaceful nation of Ukraine. Thousands have been killed, hundreds of thousands kidnapped and taken deep into Russia, and millions displaced. This tragic situation has hit close to home as Cassaday & Company, Inc., has two employees who are Ukrainian by birth and are very close to the horrible situation on the ground in their native country.

To provide aid and relief to the people of Ukraine, Cassaday & Company, Inc., will be collecting the items listed below in support of United Help Ukraine throughout the month of September.

United Help Ukraine, Inc., is a non-profit charitable organization receiving and distributing donations, food, and medical supplies to Ukrainian IDPs (internally displaced people), people of Ukraine affected by Russia’s invasion into Ukraine, and families of those wounded or killed in the fight for freedom and independence of Ukraine. To learn more about United Help Ukraine, click here.

If you are interested in supporting this organization, there are several options available to you:

1. Drop off accepted items (listed below) at Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s office anytime during office hours throughout the month of September.
   • Please email lupton@cassaday.com with a date, approximate drop-off time, and whether you’d like assistance removing donation items from your vehicle so that our team is prepared for your arrival. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice of your drop-off time.

2. Drop off accepted items (listed below) at Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s Electronics Recycling Event from 10:00am-2:00pm on Friday, September 16th. For more on this event, please visit our event website.

3. Monetary donations may be made using this link: https://give.classy.org/CassadayUHU. United Help Ukraine is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law.

4. Food can be directly purchased and shipped to United Help Ukraine through their Amazon wish list: https://a.co/iLDcTQ0. Items purchased using this link will be shipped directly to United Help Ukraine’s shipping partner in Delaware, Ukraine Express. From there, these donations will be sorted, packed, and shipped to Ukraine.
