Financial Times – Top 300 RIA

Cassaday & Company, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been named to the Financial Times Top 300 RIA list for 2020. This is the 5th year that the firm has appeared on this list.

Marketing Award Disclosure: The 2020 Top 300 RIAs list is awarded by Financial Times. Cassaday did not compensate Financial Times for this award. Award consideration was based on data covering a trailing 12-month period.

Financial Times stated that, “breadth of service is a key theme in this year’s list, with many advisers managing retirement planning, tax management, philanthropy and other aspects of clients’ financial lives beyond just investments.” This holistic wealth management standard is a characteristic that Cassaday & Company takes great pride in. Stephan Cassaday, founder and CEO of our firm, has continued to add new services to the company, such as tax management and estate planning, in order to ensure that Cassaday and Company can help clients in every aspect of their financial planning.

This notable list is compiled of a competitive group of registered investment advisors (RIAs). The competition this year was particularly intense due to the COVID-19 outbreak, with many companies making the list and edging out peers on only minor differences. Cassaday & Company, Inc. is proud of our team for their continued commitment to excellence and being the driving force behind our appearance on this list. Because of our rigorously trained, qualified, credentialed, and experienced team of subject matter experts, we are able to offer services and quality seen at a much larger firm and receive this level of recognition.

Cassaday & Company has also appeared on the FT Top 300 list in 2019, 2018, 2015, and 2014.

Award Disclosures:

Financial Times – Top 300 RIA Firms (2014-2015, 2018-2020) – The FT 300 assesses registered investment advisors based on desirable traits for investors. They present the FT 300 as an elite group rather than a competitive ranking of one to 300, as they determine this is the fairest way to identify the industry’s elite advisors while accounting for the companies’ different approaches and specializations. The formula the FT uses to grade advisors is based on six broad factors and calculates a numeric score for each advisor. Areas of consideration include AUM, asset growth, the company’s age, industry certifications of key employees, SEC compliance record, and online accessibility. Cassaday & Company did not pay a fee in exchange for inclusion on this list. Award consideration was based on data covering a trailing 12-month period.
