Cassaday & Company, Inc. first appeared on the Inc. Best Workplaces list in 2019. We’re honored to have received this recognition in 2021, 2020, and 2019.
How the 2021 Inc. Best Workplaces Were Selected
A record number of companies clamored for recognition in Inc.’s fifth annual Best Workplaces survey. Employees from thousands of companies of all sizes and industries took part in a survey, conducted by Omaha’s Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth.
“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. Magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
Each organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited all data, then Quantum ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results.
The full list of Best Workplaces can be found on Inc.com and in the May/June issue of Inc. Magazine, which hit newsstands on May 18.
