We are excited to share that Founder, Chairman & CEO Stephan Cassaday has earned an Honorable Mention for the Catalyst Award in the 2024 Invest in Others Awards for his work with HopeLink Behavioral Health (formerly known as PRS, Inc.). His leadership contributions, distinctive service to the nonprofit, and entrepreneurial vision speak to the heart of the Catalyst Service Award, and HopeLink Behavioral Health will receive a $2,000 donation from Invest in Others in recognition of Steve’s charitable work. 

Located in Oakton, VA., HopeLink Behavioral Health is a nonprofit providing behavioral health, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services. Their goal is to change and save lives in our community by empowering hope, safety, recovery, wellness, independence, and community integration. Our firm has a longstanding relationship with HopeLink and continuously empowers our employees by providing them with frequent charitable giving opportunities. 

Since 2008, Steve and his wife Mary have donated their time, money, and efforts to HopeLink Behavioral Health and its mission. Steve and Mary are annual sponsors of their signature event, Imagine Hope Benefit Gala, and have volunteered in a variety of ways. Steve has volunteered his time as Co-Chair, Emcee, and Auctioneer for the gala over the years, and Cassaday & Company, Inc. has served as a Premier Sponsor. This past year, the Imagine Hope Benefit raised a record-setting $714,000 for HopeLink Behavioral Health’s critical work.  

Beyond the Imagine Hope Benefit Gala, Steve encourages employees of Cassaday & Company, Inc. to give back and support HopeLink’s efforts. The Cassaday team routinely attends events, volunteers their time, advocates for change, and generously donates through Cassaday & Company, Inc.’s Charitable Fund. All contributions to this charitable fund are matched at 200% by Steve Cassaday. Cassaday & Company, Inc. also supports HopeLink’s annual golf tournament, which began in 2021, and members of the Cassaday team participate in the tournament each year.  

To recognize their unparalleled commitment to their organization, HopeLink presented Steve and Mary with an inaugural award named in their honor, the Cassaday Hope Award, at the 2023 Imagine Hope Benefit Gala. The award will be given annually to a corporation, foundation or individual whose contributions to HopeLink exemplify philanthropy and inspire change.
