We are excited to share that our Founder, Chairman & CEO Stephan Cassaday has earned an Honorable Mention for the Community Service Award in the 2022 Invest in Others Awards for his work with PRS, Inc. His leadership contributions, distinctive service to the nonprofit, and impact on the community speak to the heart of the Community Service Award, and PRS, Inc. will receive a $1,750 donation from Invest in Others in recognition of Steve’s charitable work.

Located in Oakton, VA., PRS is a nonprofit providing behavioral health, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention services. Their goal is to change and save lives in our community by empowering hope, safety, recovery, wellness, independence, and community integration. Our firm has a longstanding relationship with PRS and continuously empowers  our employees by providing them with frequent charitable giving opportunities.

Most recently, our firm was privileged to work with PRS on their Imagine Hope Benefit Gala (formerly Springtopia), with Steve serving as an emcee. With COVID-19 social distancing  measures lingering and hindering their in-person events, PRS found it challenging to raise donations and awareness. Steve confronted this obstacle by securing sponsorships, auction items, and raffle prizes, and enlisted the firm’s marketing team to create a series of video testimonials of PRS clients and their loved ones. The videos were shown during the live program, helping the event to raise over $235,000 for PRS’ critical work.
