Steve Cassaday, CFP®, CFS, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Cassaday & Company, Inc., has been honored by Washingtonian Magazine in their first-ever Top Wealth Adviser Hall of Fame.

Since Washingtonian started publishing their ‘Top Financial Advisers’ list in 2009, they noticed that some professionals appeared on the list year after year. Because this is not an easy feat, they decided to honor repeat winners with a ‘Hall of Fame’ recognition. “Consider this to be Washingtonian’s ‘lifetime achievement’ award,” says the magazine.

Professionals on the Top Wealth Adviser Hall of Fame list are still practicing, and have been recognized on a Washingtonian Top Financial Advisers list for at least eight of the past fourteen years, including three of the most recent five.

To create their ‘Top Financial Advisers’ list, Washingtonian surveys hundreds of financial professionals in the region and consults industry experts, asking who they’d trust with their own money. Those recommended the most make the roster.
