About The Award
Regarding the creation of their ranking, Advisor Hub stated, “While the Advisors to Watch ranking relies on practice data, what it ultimately measures is an advisor’s resilience and drive to succeed. We recognize advisors who are still winning business and growing, regardless of where they are in their career.” To be considered for this award, nominees were required to have a minimum of seven years’ experience, $150m minimum AUM, and a clean regulatory record. Advisors were ranked on the 1) size and makeup of their practice; 2) year-over-year growth; 3) avnd professionalism. Participation in this ranking was open to any firm or advisor and there are no fees for participation.

Award Disclosures
The Advisors to Watch ranking uses three main criteria in its methodology: 1) Scale: Assets Under Management, revenue/production, client households, team size and number of Financial Advisors on the team; 2) Growth: The year over change in assets, households, team size and production/revenue; 3) Professionalism – Regulatory record, community involvement, professional credentials, and team diversity. Advisors must meet the following minimum criteria: 7 years of experience as an advisor; a clean regulatory record (2 or fewer complaints with no significant judgments); at least two years at your current firm and in good standing; and a minimum $100m AUM. The subcategories the advisors may qualify for include 200 Advisors Over $1Bil, 250 RIAs, 250 Advisors Under $1B, 100 Next Gen Advisors, 100 Women Advisors, 100 Solo Advisors. There is no sales requirement nor any client consultation for the award. The representative applied for the award but no fee was paid to be considered. Award consideration was based on data covering a trailing 2-year period.
