Can I share these presentations with family and friends?
Yes! We encourage you to share registration links with anyone you believe might be interested in or benefit from the information presented. We have a variety of on-demand webinars that you are welcome to share which can be found here: cassaday.com/category/webinars/.
What if I am unable to attend the live event?
If you register but do not attend, you will receive a recording of the presentation 24 hours after the event ends.
Can I get a copy of the presentation?
All attendees who register — whether attending live or not — will receive an on-demand recording of the event 24 hours after the event ends. A copy of the presentation slide deck will also be available in the resources section of the on-demand event.
Will I need to download anything to view this presentation?
This presentation will be streamed live via a no-download web-based platform, meaning you can view the presentation in your internet browser.
How can I get the best viewing experience?
For the best viewing experience, we suggest streaming this event through a computer, as opposed to viewing it from a tablet or mobile device. If joining for a live presentation, consider logging on a few minutes before the start of the presentation to ensure your browser’s settings are up-to-date and working properly.
If I register on one device, can I watch it on a different device?
Your registration is linked to your email address and your IP address. If you register on one device (for example, your computer), and decide to watch the presentation on another device (for example, your phone), the webcast link will bring you back to the registration page. On this page, select the “Already Registered?” link in the top left-hand corner of the registration form, enter the email you used initially to register, and you will be able to access the presentation.
