Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Financial Professionals list features leading financial planners, wealth managers, accountants, and estate planners. The publication surveyed thousands of industry experts and asked them to identify leaders within their field. Professionals who received the most votes by their peers were named to the list. 

According to the publication, “To compile the Top Financial Professionals list, we sent surveys to Northern Virginia financial professionals asking them to recommend other financial professionals whom they would refer to friends and family. Our editorial staff then vetted those nominated to compile the final list. Although some Top Financial Professionals winners choose to advertise in the magazine, no one can pay to be included on the list.”

The magazine sends out nomination forms to Financial Associations in Northern Virginia to nominate professional advisors in the various categories. The “Top Financial Professional” listing is given to those financial advisors that receive the most nominations. Cassaday & Co. did not pay a fee to be included.
